When more assessment is needed
We do not promise every stain or smell can be removed. Suspected mould, bodily fluids or hazardous contamination require a specialist assessment. Severe staining, heavy pet hair or strong odours may need extra labour, agreed before any additional work.
Prepare and what to expect after
Before the visit
- Remove personal belongings from accessible areas.
- Owner removes child seats — we do not unfit or reinstall restraints.
- Clear the boot if it is part of the agreed scope.
After the clean
- Drying depends on the materials, method and weather — we do not promise immediately dry seats.
- Practical aftercare guidance is explained at handover.
